| We supply many types and formats of Panoramas & Virtual Tours - too many to demonstrate them all here. Many suppliers try to sell their Virtual Tours by down rating the type of tour they don't supply. We don't do that - we recognise that each type has it's strengths and weaknesses. We select the tour type and format that suits your requirement best. For example, we would not use a Cylindrical Tour in a small room - it just makes it look smaller and shows a very limited aspect. That type of tour is better suited to large rooms and open spaces. The Panoramas demonstated here are java based and do not require 3rd party software such as Flash or Quicktime. All Panoramas can be linked with 'hotspots' to create a Virtual Tour. We also supply Flash tours for cases where Java may be turned off. All Panoramas can be controlled using the mouse or keyboard. |
So what are the differences?Cylindrical Tours are viewed as if you are standing in the middle of a cylinder with the picture all around you. These tend to have a higher definition. The quality can be improved without effecting download time as there is less area to show. Click here to view samples. Spherical Virtual tours are viewed as if you were sitting inside a sphere.
You can look all around you, up to the ceiling and down to the floor.
