Ideally based 12 hours from GMT for UK nighttime support.
Hours 05:00 GMT - 09:00 GMT and 20:00 GMT - 24:00 GMT. Weekend work expected.
Must have a thorough knowledge of Linux, Win 2003, PHP, Perl & C++in
CMS environment. (at least 5 years as systems administrator). Support is
via tickets, telephone support is provided in UK for customers. Use contact

Commission only. Experience of selling
a technical product required. Training will be given in our products.
This is a soft sell position, we neither need nor support hard selling.
The likes of spamming are OUT! We have good range of quality products,
good technical backup with prices that cannot be matched. You will deal
with resellers, follow up leads from newspaper and radio advertising as
well as generating your own. Our current radio adverts are below. |

Contract
Java Programmer
|
At least 5 years programming in Java or 2 years in
Java and 3 years in 'C' styled compiled language. You will report to the
Tech Dir. You will add a common wrapper and skins for our 3 x 360 degree
viewers encompassing brightness, contrast and gamma controls. If the contract
is extended we may ask you to add a compass. Estimated 8 weeks hands-on.
No specific deadline.

Based in Devon Cornwall or Somerset (Torquay, Totnes,
Modbury, Looe, Taunton)

Designer
|
SQL + Java Script (Perl or PHP advantageous but not essential).
You will test and tailor client sites for people with sight and hand movement
limitations. Home based, but requires one day per month in an office.
Would ideally suit a person with one of the above limitations, but this
is not essential. If travel is a problem please still contact
us. 6 - 12 months.

|
At least 4 continuous years using Perl. You will
be working from project specifications generated by a director with Perl
'hands-on' knowledge. Your first task will be writing modules to extend
our content management software. |
